Here are the ingredients you will need:
1/2 cup (4 oz) cocoa butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/8 cup powdered milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Step 1. Melt the cocoa butter – the easiest way is to simply but it in a bowl, the heat it up in the microwave! It will melt just like butter (although a little bit slower).
Step 2. Slowly stir in the powdered milk & powdered sugar until thoroughly combined.
Step 3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 4. Pour into a mold! If you don’t have a mold, you can use a silicone cupcake pan, be careful – the white chocolate can stick in a metal pan.
Step 5. Let cool.
The best time to make pumpkin seeds is Halloween when you have all of those seeds outof your carved creation. So, the question is… What do you do with all of those seeds?!
Roast them! It is very simple recipe to follow!
Clean off those seeds once you have them out of the pumpkin. Then place them in a large bowl and mix a little bit (a tablespoon or so) of melted butter on top of them. Mix them up really good, you want to get a light coat of butter on all of the seeds, then sprinkle a little bit of salt (to taste) in the bowl and mix.
Put the oven on a low temp to roast them. About 300º for about 40 minutes should do the trick. Just keep an eye on them, you want them to be golden brown.

Learning how to mash potatoes is easy! Here are the steps.
First you want to get a large pot of water, fill it with water, and place it on the stove. Get the amount of potatoes you want to make, lets say 4 medium sized ones for about 5 servings.
Wash them and place them in them in the pot of water that you filled earlier. Bring the pot to a boil and let the pot simmer until the potatoes are ready. You will know when they are tender when you can poke something (you can use a butter knife or anything sharp) straight through them without much resistance. Mash them until the ingredients are mixed and you get the texture of food that you like. Don’t forget to salt and pepper to taste.
The best way to get the milk and butter proportions correct is to practice and experiment until you get the flavor you are looking for, you can also use an electric mixer for a different texture or a ricer for something different!
