Well, the basic ingredients are much more basid than you would think! You will need:
- egg yolks
- lemon juice
Using a whisk, you’ll whisk together the egg yolks, vinegar, and salt. Slowly, you start to add vegetable oil. The mixture will start to thicken…if it becomes too thick, you simply add more vinegar to thin it out. When you get the mayo the way you want it, put in a little bit of lemon juice and you’re done!!
